I just love the picture of the little girl to the right, don’t you? I’ve framed this picture and have it sitting on my desk, to the right of my laptop. There’s something playful, powerful, impish, and determined about her, isn’t there? It’s as if she has an inner knowing, an inner light just waiting to come out to share with the world.
This is the picture that inspired my up-coming book:
The Accidental Pren-her’s Guide to Discovering Your Inner Samurai
How to Make Multiple Streams of Passion a Way of Life
Of course, this is just a working title. Though, for those of you who have been wondering how my book has been progressing, I thought I would let you know that after talking with my wonderful publisher--Yvonne DiVita at WME Books, that the roll out for my book will be mid-September!
I am so excited! I can hardly wait. It's just two months away!
I'd love for you to get in on the excitement with me, so each week, I will update you in my blog.
For those of you who want to get in on some pre-sale book announcement action, you can add you name by clicking on this announcement list link.
Now, back to the picture . . .
She looks determined with her laptop tucked under her arm and her pink-framed glasses perched on top of her head. She looks like she is ready to take on the world and can! Her stance is strong, she has an aura of confidence around her, and she appears prepared to not let anything or anyone get in her way. Doesn’t she?
That’s what it feels like when you first become an accidental-by-design, Accidental Pren-her. Once you get over the shock of it all, and come to grips with the newness of everything, you begin to feel your inner flame burning just a little bit brighter, just a little hotter. There is a quickness in your step, an air if self-assurance that precedes you into a room, and a deeper conviction about who you are.
That's what my book is about--What it's like to become an Accident Pren-her. It includes my own story, as well as the lives and stories of many of my clients and friends. It's full of practical ideas and tips about how to get in-touch with your Inner Samurai (that still small voice within), and about how doing so can move mountains, manifest dreams, and create the life you have always wanted to have.
Share in the excitement with me. Cheer me on! Leave me an inspirational message, your favorite quote, or words of wisdom.
I really does take a village to manifest a book.
Thank you!
