This week has been a wonderful week of seeing my book come together.
To start off the week, the person designing my book cover, Karin Choi offered me two different cover designs to look over. I was immediately drawn to the colors of one more than the other. Then, I paused and waited for an inner response. My inner response was to go with the second cover. Now, each time I look at the two different covers, I know, deep down inside, in my Inner Samurai knower, which one I am going with . . . the one you see on your right!
Then, Tom Collins from WME Books sent me a sample layout of one of my chapters. Now that was exciting, folks! I got to see what a chapter will actually look like! This was a sweet moment for me. Again, checked in with my Inner Samurai to see what resonated and what didn't with formatting of the chapter, then wrote an email to Tom with the requested changes. Easy, breezy, fun!
This is coming together, Inner Samurai Style!

It is interesting to hear how you came to your decision for your cover. Of course I like them both and I am thrilled that you have found an identity for your message with my design.

Some people make decisions from their head. Some people make decisions from their heart. For the big ones . . . I always go with my inner knower, my Inner Samurai. Thanks for stopping by, Karin.
