Hi Julie:
Great interview and what a wonderful idea you have. It is especially timely with everyone being so squeezed in this economy.
I like your comment about having to step out of your comfort zone. At some point in this entrepreneurial journey, we are all forced to do that. Good luck and best wishes for continued success!

Thank you Moschel for the kind words! Being your own boss definitely has it's own perks, but you're right at one point or another you do have to step outside of your comfort zone. :)

Julie, how wonderful it is that you've come up with a way to allow people from all economic levels to celebrate and honor those they love on their birthdays! It seems that these days we tend to forget how very important someone's "birth" day is...you're bringing that caring back into the limelight - and making it so very affordable, to boot! Thank you!

One of the things I like best about your interview -- besides your amazing passion and conviction -- is what you say about stepping out of your comfort zone.
It takes a lot to do that, and I commend you for having the courage to start up a business on your terms, the way you wanted to do it, to bring joy and happiness into people's lives.

Thank you Carolyn and Susan! I've so enjoyed connecting with you both and your comments are a true reflection of my passion for inspiring others to not only celebrate their birthdays during this tough economy, but also pursue their dreams. And for those of you out there that haven't started reading Susan's book "Discovering Your Inner Samurai"...you need to! It is so in tune with women entrepreneurs.

I'm continually amazed at the ways people have turned passions into profits, but I have to say that this is the most amazing idea I have ever heard of, and I think that's its splendiferous! Your interview is definitely an inspiration to all of us who will also be Accidental Pren-hers. I can't wait to visit your site. I am a piano teacher and I love to recognize my students' birthdays by presenting them with a gift. Your website will provide me with a more econimical way of continuing this practice. Thank you, thank you, Thank you!
